1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes may take longer or have limited service options. We do not currently offer international shipping.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: typically 4–8 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: typically 2–3 business days after processing, where available.
Actual transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary. Available shipping methods and exact rates are displayed at checkout.
4. Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names, images, or identifying descriptions on the outside. The return label uses neutral shipping information so your privacy is protected.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once shipped. Customers are responsible for additional carrier fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you; reshipment may require an additional fee.
If a package shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
